Current Support Groups

WellMama groups are led by trained facilitators, with lived experiance, and are designed to help and support all birthing people. We offer support of a number of topics and we offer opportunities to learn to handle stress related to becoming parents. We focus on depression, anxiety, birth trauma and more. Non-birthing, partners and caregivers are also welcome!

All our groups are free and a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community.
