Pregnancy & Postpartum
Every Thursday from 1-2pm.
A safe and supportive environment for sharing your feelings and concerns about pregnancy and the first few months with baby. Know that you are not alone, and that all emotions are valid. We welcome parents on any type of pre-baby/post-baby journey, whether that be adoption, surrogacy, fostering, etc. You will learn skills to help you cope, reduce anxiety, set realistic expectations, and ask for what you need.
Play Date Support Group
Every 2nd and 4th Friday from 10:00-11:00am
Are you past the newborn phase? Does your baby/toddler need to get their wiggles out while you get support? All parents are welcome in this group to talk about the realities of parenting a crawler/toddler. Join us at Adventure Children's Museum in the Valley River Center.
Suggested Donation: $1-5 per person. Pay what you can or pay a little more to sponsor another family.
4th Fridays will offer Bilingual Support.
Pregnancy & Infant Loss
Every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 6:00-7:00pm.
WellMama is here for you – to let you grieve at your own pace and in your own way. Join our support group to connect with other parents who have also experienced miscarriage or the loss of a baby.
Infertility Support
Every 2nd Saturday from 10-11 am.
The path to conception can be long and full of grief, frustration, and isolation. Join others who understand. Partners and support people welcome.

Every 2nd and 4th Monday from 10:30-12:00. Support for new and expectant parents in Oregon’s coastal communities.
Meetup for Dads/Partners:
Every Wednesday from 5:00-6:00pm. Casual meetup where fathers and partners of the birth parent can come together and swap parenting stories and tips.
Supportive Meetup for Working Parents:
Every Wednesday from 6:00-7:00pm.Are you dealing with the stress of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting while also navigating work? Join this weekly meetup to share with other parents who are trying to balance this challenging relationship between work and parenthood. All parents are welcome.
COMING SOON: Stretching & Support (postponed due to Covid-19):
Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 5:30-7:00 at Prairie View Community Room (584 N Danebo Ave, Eugene). Easy parent-and-me stretching and movement guided by Stop, Drop, & Yoga followed by a peer-led support group to confidentially discuss the challenges of new parenthood. Babies and children welcome – supervised child movement provided during the parent support segment.
