All of our groups are free and no registration is required.
All Groups are 2SLGBTQAI+ friendly.

WellMama groups are led by trained facilitators, with lived experiance, and are designed to help and support all birthing people. We offer support of a number of topics and we offer opportunities to learn to handle stress related to becoming parents. We focus on depression, anxiety, birth trauma and more. Non-birthing people are also welcome!

Pregnancy Support
1st & 3rd Tuesday 10:00am - 11:00am
This virtual group provides a supportive environment for sharing your feelings and concerns about pregnancy and the first year. We welcome all parents on any type of pre-baby/post-baby journey. Learn skills to help you cope, reduce anxiety, set realistic expectations, and ask for what you need.
Infant & Toddler Parent Support
2nd Tuesday 11:00am-12:00pm
Join WellMama peer support volunteers and staff at the Springfield Public Library after story time to connect with other parents who are navigating they early years as parents.

New Parent Support

Late Night Postpartum Support
Thursdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Late Night? This virtual group provides a supportive environment for sharing your feelings and concerns about your postpartum journey through the first year. Playdate & Parent Support Group
2nd & 4th Friday 10:00am -11:00am
Does your baby/toddler need to get their wiggles out while you get support? All parents are welcome in this group to talk about the realities of parenting a crawler/toddler. Join us at Adventure Children's Museum in the Valley River Center.
Suggested Donation to ACM: $1-5 per person.
Evening Parent Support
Fridays 5:00pm-6:30pm
Are you dealing with the stress of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting while also navigating work? Join this weekly meetup to share with other parents who are trying to balance relationships with partners, work and parenthood. All parents and support partners are welcome.
Let us take care of dinner and childcare Friday evening to let you get in a good mindset for the weekend. Join us @ Parenting Now, drop in when you can anytime 5-6:30, for support for working parents and partners, with a light dinner and childcare available.
Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support
1st & 3rd Tuesdays 7:00pm-8:00pm, 2nd & 4th Thursdays 11:30am-12:30pm, 2nd Saturdays 3:00pm-4:00pm
WellMama’s pregnancy and infant loss peer support groups are open to people who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or the loss of a child in infancy.

Coastal Babies Support:
Every 2nd and 4th Monday from 10:30-12:00. Support for new and expectant parents in Oregon’s coastal communities.
Meetup for Dads/Partners:
Every Wednesday from 5:00-6:00pm. Casual meetup where fathers and partners of the birth parent can come together and swap parenting stories and tips.
Park & Play Outdoor Group:
(Seasonal) Come to Tugman Park in Eugene and let the kids play, while we offer a shaded space to lay in the grass with your non-mobile babies. We will have blankets for you to sit with non-mobile babies next to the playground for the older kids to play.
