- Descripción: ¡WellMama ha reservado 1 hora (10-11 a. m.) para nuestras familias en el museo de los niños! Ven a jugar y conoce a otros padres. Es gratis para todas las familias con WellMama. Regístrate en el museo. Es gratis para niños y padres.
- (Individual Support for Parents) Apoyo de Papas individualmente –
- Cuando: cada martes
- Hora: 5:30-6:30pm
- Donde: virtual zoom.
- Descripcion: No tienes que salir de casa para recibir ayuda y apoyo. Estamos ofreciendo una hora a los padres que deseen hablar con un especialista en apoyo de pares que se especializa en apoyar a los nuevos padres que están experimentando desafíos emocionales o mentales después de tener un bebé. Esto es gratis. Simplemente regístrese en nuestro sitio web para hablar con nuestro especialista en apoyo de pares.
3.Grupo apoyo de papas nuevos –

- Que: Bocadillos, conversación sobre paternidad, comunidad con los padres.
- Porque:para hacer comunidad para los padres que necesitan apoyo con experiencia difíciles o emocionales con los niños y bebés.
- Por que los padres vienen a WellMama?
- Construir comunidad y amistades con otros padres.
- Recibir Apoyo de Pares (Trabajadora); ser escuchado puede ayudar a los padres a sentirse apoyados, validados y comprendidos.

Build Your Nest

This group is focused on the Workbook: Build Your Nest by Kestrel Gates. Each week, work through a different topic that will help you prepare for the postpartum period, and provide you with tools and education that promotes rest, support and care.
Upcoming Workshops:
WellMama workshops are led by professionals on a variety of topics and are designed to help you learn and build skills to make you feel connected, supported and knowledgeable before birth. This list will be updated regularly, as topics come up.

Learn what your rights are in the hospital and how to ask the right questions to advocate for yourself or your partner around tough topics. When it comes to your birth, feeling prepared will help you be more comfortable.

- One-on-One Peer Support Services – Let us know if you are interested in One-on-one peer support with a certified peer support specialist that has gone through what you are going through. They will meet you where you feel comfortable, whether over the phone, Zoom, a park, or your home. Our peers can talk with you about what you are going through, help with finding you other resources (like basic needs), and more. Email info@wellmamaoregon.org to schedule.
