WellMama Office Hours offer a welcoming space where parents and caregivers can take a break, relax, and connect with others in a supportive environment. Bring your little ones along to play while you enjoy some downtime with coffee, tea, and snacks provided. It’s a time for unwinding, sharing stories, and building community—whether you’re here to chat or just want a peaceful moment to yourself. Come as you are, and feel free to stay until noon. WellMama is here to support you in the joyful, challenging, and everything-in-between moments of parenting.
