Education

WellMama provides education around perinatal anxiety, perinatal bipolar mood disorder, perinatal depression, perinatal OCD, perinatal PTSD, and perinatal psychosis. They offer wellness workshops that cover self-care and processing techniques, with the goal of fostering concrete skills that can help parents get through a difficult time.

Support

Support groups provide a safe place to share the challenges of pregnancy and early parenting, connect with other parents, and learn tools for wellness. Support groups are open to parents and support persons. Peer support groups are run by trained peer support specialists, many of whom have recovered from emotional illnesses during or after pregnancy. See our Support Group registration page for all current group information!
